Most agencies (including us) don’t provide free lifetime support for the sites we build.
The design and build project stage of your website has an endpoint – when it goes live.
At Toast, we also provide you with two-weeks of post-live support (many agencies don’t do this).
But after that, you’re on your own (sort of).
Obviously, if something goes wrong with your website, you can call us up and we can take a look at it for you, but like you, we run a commercial operation, and we have to charge for the work we do.
Again, like most WordPress agencies, we charge by the hour and have a minimum charge of one hour, so that small fix will be billed at one hour, even if it took 20 minutes (it cost us to also deal with the request, do the work, send the invoice etc).
With a support contract from Toast, you’ve paid for the work already, and we work by the minute. This saves you time and money.

Monthly WordPress maintenance plans
If you need a reliable monthly service to update and check your WordPress site, we can help you with that.
We have three monthly support plans that cover most types of site, and these start from as little as £40 ex VAT per month.
Need something more flexible?
If you only need help every-so-often, our flexible Toast Time might be the best option for you.
It’s pre-bought time, that you can use when required for work on your site; this might be for updates, content editing or anything else site or design related.
Toast Time is used in blocks of 15 minutes, so it’s more economical than hourly rates.
Totally ad-hoc support
Some of our clients just work on ad-hoc support. This is where we charge by the hour (minimum charge is one hour) and we schedule requests to be done as soon as possible.
This type of support often works best to start with if you are unsure of the level of WordPress support that you need.
We also look after some large sites.
Often our clients will have several people that can make requests and need work doing on a daily or weekly basis.
