So what is a website review?
As you will probably know, there are 100s of tools out there that can provide you with ‘free’ reports about your website.
These include some great tools that we use such as SEM Rush (paid), Google Page Speed Insights (free), GT Metrix (free/paid) and Pingdom (free/paid).
Whilst these tools are great at highlighting technical (and in some cases, content) issues with your site, they are automated.
Your site is visited by the tool and an objective score is often given to the site.
What you need on top of this is a review by an actual person.
Our website reviews involve our senior digital team personally reviewing your site in regard to:
- Design (web design and branding)
- User experience
- Site speed
We also use the automated tools listed above to check out your site.
On top of this, we’ll ask for access to:
- Google Analytics
- Search Console (if you have it)
- Adwords accounts (if you use them)
