Stargates asked us initially to fix their old website, but once we had completed an initial review of the site, it became apparent that the WordPress theme was so far out of date that a complete rebuild was required.
Better content management.
The old site was built on a modified version of a standard WordPress theme and had become very outdated with lots of old PHP functions and deprecated code.
We first redesigned the entire website to bring it in line with some new brochure designs we’d completed for the client.
After this, we rebuilt the site from the ground up on our own lightweight starter theme that only uses core WordPress code so it doesn’t go out-of-date.

The new site includes an improved WooCommerce shopping platform to allow visitors to buy certain products online.
Simplified layout and UX.
We stripped out a lot of the old content on the site (whilst ensuring SEO was improved) and made the site more useable and easier to navigate.
The new design and build pulls together Stargates branding and other marketing collateral to unify the appearance of their brand on and off-line.
